HCHS Comet Softball Spring Warm-up Clinic

The HCHS Comet Softball Spring Warm-up Clinic will be a one-day, two-session clinic on Saturday, March 24, 2012 from 9:00 a.m.to  3:00 p.m. at HCHS.  There will be a three-hour morning session from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and a two-hour clinic afternoon session from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.  The clinic is for ages 6 and up.  Please click here to register.

 

SBES Best Bus Behavior

SBES Open House for Grades K-2

South Boston Elementary will host an open house for grades K-2 on February 16, 2012 from 3:30-5:30 p.m.  The first grade program titled "Recycling" will begin at 5:45 p.m.  The second grade program titled "Temples and Tombs" will begin at 6:30 p.m.  Both programs, directed by music teacher Mrs. Ellen Haskett, will be performed in the gymnasium.

 

SBES Grades 3-5 Open House

South Boston Elementary will host an open house for grades 3-5 on February 13, 2012 from 3:30-5:30 p.m.  All parents are invited to attend.  Parents of third grade students are encouraged to attend an important meeting in the library to discuss SOL testing requirements at 5:30 p.m.

 

SBES Father/Daughter Dance

South Boston Elementary PTO will host their annual Father/Daughter Dance on Friday, February 10, 2012 from 7-9 p.m. in the gymnasium.

 

 

HCPS Kindergarten Registration

DATE: Friday, March 2, 2012
TIME: 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
PLACE: All county elementary schools

All children are eligible to enter school in 2012 if they are five years old by September 30. A physical examination and certain immunization shots are required before the first day of school. Physician’s forms will be distributed at registration.
