HCHS Certified Nursing Assistant Ceremony
On April 29th the C.N.A. certificate ceremony will take place at the Halifax Regional Hospital in the Leggett Auditorium from 5:30-6:30.
HCHS FFA Banquet
On Thursday, April 24th the F.F.A. Banquet will be held in the cafeteria from 6:00-8:30 p.m.
HCHS 2014 Prom
Prom is just around the corner and as you know your fees must be paid before you can purchase a Prom ticket. Students are to see Delvin Miller in Guidance to pay for all fees. Prom tickets are $30.00 each. HCHS prom will be on April 26th from 8:00-12:00 p.m. Guest passes for the Prom will be available starting April 7th until April 23rd in the Main Office.
Advanced Placement Test News
The Advanced Placement exams will take place in the month of May. The cost of eachexam is as follows: $89.00– students who pay full price for lunch and $63.00 –students who pay reduced price for lunch or receive free lunch. All exams must be paid for by Wednesday, April 2nd and are to be paid for in my office.
The exam schedule is below. All exams will be administered within the school day and in school facilities (high school or STEM). An additional letter will be sent closer to exam administration explaining location and times. Please note, exam dates and times are determined by The College Board and administered across the country using this schedule.
