Blue Comet 5K Run Walk

The 6th Comet 5K/Kids 1 Mile Fun Run will be held Saturday, April 18th at the Halifax County High School Football Stadium. The Kids Fun Run will begin at 8:30 and the 5K will begin at 9:00. Payment for the run/walk will be taken the day of the race. If you have any questions, contact mdsaunders@halifax.k12.va.us  Please click here to register for the event.

A group will join together on April 18th to not only support our Blue Comet Softball Team, but to support and remember our dear friend, Kim Bosiger. All proceeds from TEAM KIM t-shirts will go to the Kim Bosiger Scholarship Fund. Second Grade students at Sinai Elementary enjoyed lemonade while using skills in money, measurement, and physical change. Students were both producer and consumer in this activity, making the lemonade and using the correct change to make a purchase.
