  • [Feb/04/2010]  SBES Father-Daughter Dance: Due to inclement weather, the Father-Daughter dance sponsored by the South Boston Elementary School PTO has been rescheduled for Friday, February 26, from 7-9 PM.
  • [Feb/03/2010]  Clays Mill Red and White Ball: A Red and White Ball will be held on Friday, February 12, 2010, for a fee of $5.00 per person. All Clays Mill students and their parents/guardians are invited to attend. Refreshments will be served and a disc jockey will provide music.   • [Feb/02/2010]  Ident-A-Kid Returns for Make Up - Feb 9th: Ident-A-Kid will return on February 9th to take pictures for identification cards for any students who missed the previous Ident-A-Kid session. If you need information regarding forms or payment information, please contact the office.

  • [Feb/01/2010]  SBES 5th Grade Students to Attend Prizery: On Monday, February 8, South Boston Elementary 5th graders will attend the 1:00 Prizery performance of Philadanco, one of the most renowned modern dance companies. The program will include a discussion about the history of dance in America. Please return student permission forms by Feb.4, 2010.
  • [Jan/30/2010]  SJES Variety Show Coming March 25, 2010: Faculty and staff at Sydnor Jennings Elementary School will perform their Variety Show on Thursday, March 25 at 7:00 P.M. Tickets for the show will go on sale Monday, February1, 2010. Adult tickets will be $5.00 and tickets for children under the age of 12 will $2.00. Our PTO will be selling hotdogs at the show. More details and information will be coming as the big night approaches.
