On behalf of the School Board of Halifax County, the Director of Operations & Maintenance solicits interested companies to submit proposals for Roof Overlay at Sydnor Jennings, 1011 Sydnor Jennings Road, Nathalie, VA 24577. The submittal, consisting of the attached form titled "Sydnor Jennings Elementary Roof Overlay Proposal Form" and references (please see RFP 2024-006 for details), will be received no later than Friday, May 28, 2024, at 3:30 p.m. Any proposal received after 3:30 p.m., May 28, 2024, whether by mail or otherwise, will be returned unopened. The time of receipt shall be determined by the date stamped and time certified by HCPS staff in the School Board Office. Proposals shall be placed in a sealed, opaque envelope, marked in the lower left-hand corner with the RFP number, title, and date and hour proposals are scheduled to be received. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for Monday, May 14, 2024, at 4:00 p.m. at the Sydnor Jennings Elementary School, located at 1011 Sydnor Jennings Road, Nathalie, Virginia.
