On behalf of the School Board of Halifax County, the Project Manager of Halifax County High School solicits from interested companies to submit proposals for providing Greenhouses for the new high school. The submittal, consisting of the attached form titled “New High School Greenhouses Proposal Form” and references (see RFP 2024-07 Greenhouse for details), will be received no later than Thursday, July 11, 2024, 3:30 p.m., by:

Any proposal received after 3:30 p.m., July 11, 2024, whether by mail or otherwise, will be returned unopened. The time of receipt shall be determined by the date stamped and time certified by HCPS staff in the School Board Office. Proposals shall be placed in a sealed, opaque envelope, marked in the lower left-hand corner with the RFP number, title, and date and hour proposals are scheduled to be received. Offerors are responsible for ensuring that their proposal is stamped by HCPS personnel by the deadline indicated.
A mandatory pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, June 12, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. at Halifax County High School, located at 1 High School Circle, South Boston, Virginia 24592.
