Halifax County Middle School Athletic Department will offer free sports physicals sponsored by Sentara Halifax Regional on Tuesday, May 14th for upcoming 6th - 8th graders. You must have pages 1, 2, and 4 on the VHSL physical form complete in order to get a physical. Students can pick up a VHSL physical form in the main office or you can visit vhsl.org to print a form from there.
