Student of the Month - Students that attend South Boston Early Learning Center received Student of the Month awards for the month of January.

The students, in Mrs. Edmunds' class, explored different types of weather and what they would see in the sky! Students created a "W is for Weather" craft while learning about sunny, cloudy, rainy, and snowy weather. They also made expressive art with balloons in the sky using various materials and had fun designing and decorating their very own windsocks. It’s been a creative and educational journey through the world of weather!

The students, in Mrs. Crews' class, are learning to count to 10 using learning blocks. They are developing an understanding of the quantity represented by each number from 1 to 10 by physically manipulating blocks and visually associating them with the corresponding number.
