Students in Mr. Berkley's Make It Your Business class had the opportunity to visit Hitachi on Thursday, February 19th. While there, students participated in a panel discussion with HCPS alumni, learning about their path to Hitachi, post graduation, as well as their growth within the company. Students were also able to participate in a shop floor walk to understand the manufacturing process within the transformer industry. Students were engaged and were able to ask questions to gain a deeper understanding of all the amazing opportunities at Hitachi. Special thanks to Mrs. Rebecca Saunders, training and development leader, and her team for providing this opportunity to our students.
