Our scholars had a toad-ally amazing time getting a sneak peek of Frog and Toad presented by the Halifax County Little Theatre!🐸🎭 From dancing in their seats to jumping right in and participating, their smiles said it all. What a fun and engaging experience for our students!

Kindergarten scholars in the 21st Century After school program used Valentine candy hearts to practice their decomposing or subtraction skills. Each scholar had to model the story problem given by the teacher or a friend with hearts to find the answer.

Our Kindergarten scientists explored light and shadows by using blocks and flashlights to investigate how shadows are made. They discovered how changing the position of the light or the object can make shadows bigger, smaller, or even change shape. Hands-on learning + bright minds = a glowing science lesson! 🌟
