In Mrs. Rutherford's class, students recently conducted an exciting experiment to create Fluffy Paint. They combined glue and shaving cream, mixing the two ingredients together to achieve a light and fluffy texture. Once the Fluffy Paint was ready, the students used it to make fluffy snowmen. Each snowman was decorated with various materials, showing creativity and the fun of experimenting with different textures and colors!

Mark this date on your calendars. The presenters at this event will provide a lot of valuable information for students and parents about secondary education. A general session will be offered that includes information about courses, diploma types, graduation requirements, certifications, and much more! Tables will be set up for guests to visit for content areas and electives. Staff including teachers, school counselors, and administrators will be available to answer specific questions about courses, career pathways, etc. Selected students will also be in attendance to share course highlights and other information they feel is valuable for other students. This night is going to be very informative and exciting for all!

In Ms. Brockenbury's fourth-grade class, Sinai Scientists recently collaborated on a hands-on project to recreate the layers of the ocean floor. Using Play Dough, the students crafted different layers, including the continental shelf, abyssal plain, and ocean trenches, to visualize how each part contributes to the ocean's ecosystem.
