Today, students took part in a festive North Pole adventure! ❄️ They explored the North Pole using virtual reality, then put their engineering skills to work by designing and building houses complete with chimneys. To wrap it up, students practiced early coding by programming their Ozobots as Santa’s delivery helpers, guiding them along snowy routes from house to house to “deliver” gifts. This hands-on STEM experience was facilitated by Khaela Powell, ITRT. 🎄🦌✨

Sinai Eagles soared into history today! Students kicked off with a VR field trip to Plymouth Colony to experience how the Pilgrims lived in 1621. Next, they put their engineering skills to the test by building turkey traps with limited materials, mirroring how the Pilgrims and Wampanoag used the resources they had. Finally, students strengthened their early coding skills by programming Code & Go robots to guide their turkeys safely away from danger.
